At Kidd Epps Art Shop, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, every time. Your furniture and select-non furniture items, will be delivered by experienced white glove delivery service providers with low flat rates based on your delivery area — Local, National, Extended or Alaska/Hawaii. We also provide Standard Delivery Shipping for smaller items, in addition to 2-Day and 1-Day Rush services. Most of our furniture items will be delivered inside your home by white glove delivery service providers, where we’ll carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed.
We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment. We will not charge your account until your order has shipped.
We ship most US orders to arrive via UPS in 3-7 business days. Stocked furniture will be delivered in 3-4 weeks in most metropolitan areas. Custom orders will arrive in 45-60 days in most metropolitan areas.

Most items shipped to AK and HI are delivered via UPS. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the continental US. Please call

The retailer is not required to and does not collect Kentucky sales or use tax;
The purchase may be subject to Kentucky use tax unless the purchase is exempt from taxation in Kentucky;
The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means; and
The Commonwealth of Kentucky requires Kentucky purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under Kentucky law. The tax may be reported and paid on the Kentucky individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the Kentucky Department of Revenue (DOR).
At Kidd Epps Art Shop, we take ownership in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is our priority, and so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 30 days of order delivery or purchase from a store.
When returning an item, please complete the information on the back of your packing slip, and use the return address label we provide. Pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via insured US Mail or UPS Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.
Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.
We carefully inspect every item prior to shipping, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect, however, please contact us immediately.
STOCKED NON-FURNITURE ITEMS
We accept returns for Non-Furniture Items within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.
